DIIF Team's Visit to Lagosfoodbank for Pick-Up of Raw Food Items
On May 3, 2024, the Divine Intervention Impact Foundation (DIIF) team was at Lagosfoodbank to receive generous donations of raw food items to support the mission of addressing food insecurity in the community. The event was a great success, and it brought together volunteers, donors, and supporters who are passionate about making a difference in the lives of those in need.
The pick-up was made possible through the generosity of the Lagosfoodbank initiative, which donated a variety of raw food items such as rice,indomie, and toothbrushes. These essential food items will be distributed to widows and Seniors facing food security challenges in the Ketu Adie-owe community (Ado-odo Local Government, Ogun State) during these challenging times.
The DIIF team worked diligently to organize and coordinate the pick-up, ensuring that all donations were safely received and properly stored for distribution. Volunteers were on hand to assist with unloading and sorting the food items.
